Hello,

We are are making some more changes to the way we work and the way we support the CubeCart world, we had a go at making most of our mods free however this did not go to plan. As we still got allot of emails (even more then when you had to pay for them) asking for support. (things like it works fine however can you make it do x,y,z etc) We do not mind support emails and are always happy to help but we need to make sure we 1. have the time to help and 2. are making enough from the mods to cover the time it takes to offer support. With that in mind we have taken on a PA to reply to all our emails both CubeCart emails and other work. This means we should get allot better over the coming weeks in regards the speed of support.

With this in mind however we are going to have to start charging again for our mods, not allot but enough to make them worth while creating. We will also look to start to create some new mods for CubeCart 5 as we have many ideas :)

Most of our CubeCart add-ons are now available FREE, however we do not offer support on FREE add-ons so please use the install service if you require install support.

If you require support for any FREE add-on you will need to purchase a general support ticket.

CubeCart modifications

As of the 1st Dec 2011 Site Smart Web Services will no longer be selling CubeCart modifications.

All current paid modifications on our website will be made available for FREE to help support the Cube Cart community however any support relating to any modification will be chargeable at £35 + VAT per hour.

Installation on any of our products will also be a flat rate of £35 + VAT per modification per domain name.

Custom modifications and requirements will be quoted on an individual basis.
